QUILT TICKETS ON SALE

The Quilt Raffle Tickets are on sale now and available from several people.  They are $1.00 each or $5.00 for a block of 5 tickets.  IF you would like to take a few books of tickets and sell them, please call Marie Canaday @ 967-0182. It is really a beautiful design this year.  It will go with just about any décor in a bedroom.  We hope you will help support C.S.C. and buy your tickets soon.  The drawing will be Saturday, July 1, 2017 and you need not be present to win!

                 White Elephant Sale 2017

In less than four months it will be time for the annual Blue Ridges White Elephant Sale, during the 4th of July festivities. This year’s event will be Saturday, July 1!

Once again the Women’s Club hosts the sale and all proceeds go to various charities in our area.

We all have some unneeded or unwanted items taking needed space around our homes. Keep this in mind as you prepare for summer, cleaning drawers, closets, basements and garages of unwanted clutter. Many of those items may be donated and become someone Else's treasure. Everyone has been generous in the past so we expect that to continue. Please remind your families and friends to also check for potential donations before visiting BRS.

We are accepting items between now and June 30th. You may call Donna Gray (967-2173) to arrange a drop off at the Butler building. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need any assistance with heavy items or even a pick up!

We are looking for all kitchen items including dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. Also small electronics, children/baby toys, games and sports equipment, clean linens, luggage, tools and sports equipment. In addition any crafts or holiday decorations and of course books, DVDs and CD's. Small furniture and appliances are also welcome although we cannot accept large pieces. Also no old TVs and/or computers. Save them for the May Dumpster Day. And as usual clothing is not acceptable. Outdoor furniture and garden and beach items are always welcome. If you are unsure about anything just give us a call.

Art Show

On Sunday, August 20th there will be another Art Show with the Theme Inspired by Lake Louisa.
